And regarding those McQueen shots...

Here’s another case where I thought to myself ugh David Sims, not a fan (the first case was Craig McDean). But then I realized, no it’s not a Sims problem, it’s just that all I’ve seen of his work is in a certain publication (whose name i shall diplomatically omit) that shoots the same model styled basically the same way in front of the same seamless every goddamn month. So of course I would think he’s not a talent! This however shows so much more imagination and edge and I’m so happy to be proved wrong.
