I have had the most insane week and was really in pieces and running around this morning and then I saw a new Macaron Cafe had opened on the block where I was, and not only was it exactly what I needed, I had the most lovely conversation with the owner who recognized me from the 36th street store and it was such a nice chat and really brightened my mood. As did the delicious macarons (one of which he added as an extra special treat!).
