Gary Graham x Anagram, Summer 2012

So let’s begin. These two pieces are from the Anagram line which is the slighty lower priced part of the collection. It has wonderful pieces and some great prints, but fewer expensive details and embellishments.

I chose this printed silk chiffon dress because I thought the pattern was great and it’s pretty versatile in terms of how and where you could incorporate it into your ensemble. Then I added these charcoal grey cashmere blend drop-crotch legging things as something to layer underneath. While they were supercozy and felt amazing on the body, they certainly left something to be desired in terms of workability.

Granted, I suppose part of the charm (?) is that you can wear them different ways… but every way I tried was pretty much silly and unflattering. I could have been carrying a small child, pet, or package inside that drop-crotch! Not cute.
